Yu Sleep Refund and Money-Back Guarantee

Yu Sleep's sales page promises a 60-day, "iron-clad" money-back guarantee, refunding "every single penny" of a purchase "No questions asked," and the vendor's actual refund policy pays something different from that promise. The guarantee itself is real: ClickBank orders do carry a 60-day window, and refunds do get paid. What a buyer actually gets back, and what it takes to get there, is the part the sales page leaves out, and it is one of the patterns our Yu Sleep complaints coverage flags as a red flag rather than a footnote. This page goes through what the sales page says, what the refund-policy page says, the exact steps for requesting a refund, and what buyers report happened when they tried.

The guarantee: what the ad promises vs what the policy pays

Two different numbers are in play here: the sales page says a buyer gets "every single penny" back with "no questions asked," and the refund-policy page says refunds are issued at "around 85% of your purchase price" because shipping and handling are not returned. Both statements come from the vendor's own pages, so the contradiction sits inside the vendor's own material rather than between the vendor and a third party.

Where it's said What it says
VSL / order page "we'll refund every single penny of your investment. No questions asked."
Home page FAQ "Love it, or get every penny back. No questions asked."
Refund-policy page "shipping and handling costs are not refundable... refunds are issued at around 85% of your purchase price. Return postage is also yours."

The refund-policy page gives its own reason for the gap: shipping and handling are paid out when an order ships, and the vendor says it "can't recover them," so that amount is deducted before a refund goes out. Applied to a real order, a buyer who chooses the 6-bottle package on the Yu Sleep price page pays $234 total; using the refund policy's own 85% figure, that works out (our arithmetic) to about $199 back, before subtracting whatever it costs to post the bottles back.

How to request a Yu Sleep refund, step by step

There are two ways to start a Yu Sleep refund: email the vendor's support desk directly, or go through ClickBank, the company that actually processed the payment, and both routes only work inside the 60-day window that starts on the purchase date.

  1. Email support@yu-sleep.com with a full name, email address, the ClickBank email invoice, an order number, and a clear statement of exactly what is being returned.
  2. Post the bottles back at your own cost to YU SLEEP, 19655 E 35th Drive, Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011.
  3. Send the tracking number once the package ships. The refund is issued once that tracking number arrives, and the posting date, not the date the package reaches the vendor, is what counts against the 60-day window.
  4. Be ready to answer questions about how the product was used before return instructions follow: the vendor recommends using it "21 nights in a row," and some buyers report getting a usage questionnaire first.
  5. As an alternative to emailing the vendor, request the refund directly at clkbank.com or by calling ClickBank order support at 1-800-390-6035, again within 60 days of the purchase date.

Once approved, the timeline is not instant: in one BBB case, the vendor told a complainant to "allow 35 business days for the refund to appear back on your original payment method," so expect weeks, not days, before the money shows up on a statement.

If you ordered through the other Yu Sleep funnel

Not every Yu Sleep order runs through ClickBank: the vendor also sells through a second funnel on BuyGoods, at loveyusleep.com, and its refund rule is stricter. That policy asks buyers to send back all of the bottles, "even used or empty," rather than the "un-opened bottles" example used on the ClickBank-side policy, and the refund is paid only once the returned package "arrives in our warehouse," not on the date it is posted. A buyer who is not sure which funnel they used can check their card statement: ClickBank orders read "CLKBANK*YU SLEEP," and a different line on the statement points to the BuyGoods funnel instead.

What can reduce your refund or block it

Four things in the fine print work against getting a full refund: the return postage is the buyer's own cost, the shipping and handling already paid gets deducted, only one refund is issued per customer for life, and it is not clear whether an opened or partly used bottle still qualifies.

  • Return postage is paid by the buyer, not the vendor.
  • Shipping and handling already charged on the original order is deducted from what comes back, which is the practical difference between "every penny" and "about 85%."
  • Only one refund is issued per customer, ever: the policy states "Our products have a ONE TIME GUARANTEE... we do not offer SECOND REFUNDS."
  • Whether an opened bottle still qualifies for a refund is not stated outright; the policy's own example only mentions returning "2 un-opened bottles."
  • Orders placed on Amazon are not covered by this guarantee at all, since Amazon is a separate seller relationship rather than a ClickBank order; see where Yu Sleep is sold for the full picture of that listing.

What buyers say about getting their money back

Refund trouble is one of the two most common complaints in the 14 buyer reports we could read, tied with reports that the product had no noticeable effect. Nine of the 14 (64%) describe refund trouble specifically, whether that meant a slow response, a usage questionnaire in place of return instructions, or no reply at all.

One BBB complainant, filed 2026-01-06, put it this way: "I asked for my money back and a shipping label to return the product. all they did was to send a form for me to tell them how I used the product." A Trustpilot reviewer, posted 2026-07-18, described a similar experience: "I replied at the end of the first week that it was having no affect on my ability to sleep and I asked how I could return the bottles for a refund."

Yu Sleep is not BBB accredited, carries a C+ rating and averages 1.17 out of 5 across 6 customer reviews. Separately, the BBB lists 5 formal complaints, all answered by the vendor stating a full refund had been issued, with 4 of 5 complainants confirming it resolved. In those cases, the refund arrived only after the BBB complaint was filed, not from a straightforward request. The sample is small (14 reports) and skews toward people who already had a problem, since most of it comes from a complaints platform.

The subscription offer to watch for

None of the packages sold on Yu Sleep's own sales pages are subscriptions, but two other items on the same ClickBank account do rebill automatically. Every package on the VSL and home sales pages is a one-time purchase, confirmed in the ClickBank checkout data itself.

Two other items on that same ClickBank account, a "1 Month Supply (40% OFF & FREE Shipping in US)" offer and a "2 Month Supply" version, are subscriptions that rebill about $49 every 30 days indefinitely, with only a 30-day refund window, shorter than the 60 days on the regular packages. They are not linked from the sales pages checked, so where a buyer might meet one, an exit popup or a post-checkout offer, is not confirmed. Check the item name on the order confirmation and the bank statement for anything billing monthly, and use the refund route above to cancel it if found.

Bottom line

The guarantee is real in the sense that ClickBank and the vendor do pay refunds, but the "every penny, no questions asked" promise on the sales page is not what actually happens. The sales page promises every penny back with no questions asked. The refund policy pays about 85%, requires you to post the bottles back at your own cost, and allows one refund per customer. The vendor's own BBB record shows that refunds do get paid, but usually only after a formal complaint, which is one of the reasons our full Yu Sleep review treats the mismatch between the promise and the policy as a red flag rather than a footnote.

Frequently asked questions

Does Yu Sleep actually offer a refund?

Yes. There is a 60-day guarantee on ClickBank orders, but the amount paid back, about 85% of the purchase price, differs from the sales page's promise of "every single penny."

How do I request a Yu Sleep refund?

Email support@yu-sleep.com with your name, email, ClickBank invoice and order number and what you are returning, then post the bottles back to the Aurora, CO address at your own cost and send the tracking number. Or request it directly at clkbank.com or by calling ClickBank at 1-800-390-6035.

How much money will I actually get back?

About 85% of what was paid, since the policy keeps the shipping and handling cost. A 6-bottle, $234 order works out to roughly $199 back, before deducting the cost of posting the bottles back.

Can I get a refund if I bought Yu Sleep on Amazon?

No. Amazon orders are a separate seller relationship and are not covered by ClickBank's guarantee.

Is Yu Sleep a subscription I need to cancel?

The packages sold on the sales pages are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Two other items on the same ClickBank account do rebill about $49 every 30 days, so it is worth checking the order confirmation for anything billed monthly.

What do other buyers say about getting their money back?

Of the 14 buyer reports we could read, 9 (64%) describe refund trouble, most often a usage questionnaire or an unanswered email rather than a straightforward return process. All 5 formal BBB complaints ended with the vendor stating a refund, but only after the complaint was filed.
