Cherry Trick is an independent site built around one ad: the "30-Second Cherry Trick" video that promises to stop 3 AM wakeups, and the product behind it, Yu Sleep. This page covers why we built the site, what we have and have not checked yet, how we are paid, and who to contact if something looks wrong.

Why We Built This Site
We built Cherry Trick after seeing the same ad readers of this site probably saw: a 30-second clip promising a "cherry trick" that stops 3 AM wakeups for good. Its headline reads "30-Second Cherry Trick STOPS 3 AM Wakeups & Restores Deep, Restful Sleep," and the 30-second cherry trick is the vendor's name for taking Yu Sleep, a liquid sleep supplement sold through ClickBank.
When we looked for a plain answer about it, search results were dominated by the vendor's own pages, affiliate "review" sites built to sell the same product, and press releases repeating the same claims. By the time we wrote this page, we could not find one page that named the seller, checked the studies the ad cites and read the buyer complaints, all in one place. That gap is why Cherry Trick exists.
What We Have Checked So Far (and What We Have Not)
We have not bought a bottle of Yu Sleep for this review yet, so we cannot describe how it looks, smells or tastes from our own use. What we have done instead:
- Read the vendor's own sales, checkout, refund, shipping and contact pages, and its affiliate terms.
- Checked the studies the sales copy cites against the published research, ingredient by ingredient.
- Read the buyer reports we could find on the BBB, Trustpilot and Reddit, and noted what we could not verify.
When we buy a bottle, this page and how we test will be updated to say so.
How Cherry Trick Is Paid
Cherry Trick does not link to Yu Sleep's order page, and right now it earns nothing from Yu Sleep at all. Yu Sleep's affiliate terms restrict how a site like this one can be found and still link to it, so we have not published an order link while this site is found through search. If that changes, or if we add a different product we think is a fair comparison, it will be disclosed on the page it appears on, not only here.
